In the case of doing DIY, can I replace my own soil pipe?
Do I have to inform anyone/council etc and is it as straightforward as it looks to replace it? :(

Thank`s.

When I replace the toilet, I just wanted to know in case I have difficulty.
Old one looks a right mess on the fitting :(
