Hi
I have to replace a broken TRV, the head/body has snapped off above where it threads onto the actual metal valve.
My question is, is the thread where the plastic body joins the valve universal? If so I guess I can just screw a new head on or will I have to drain down and replace the actual valve as well?
The broken valve is a Drayton Lifestyle RT212, which seems to be current, so if the opinion is that heads are not interchangeable I'll have to have have a ring round to find the Drayton valve.
Put a few TRV's in over the years just cannot remember if the thread are all the same!
Regards
