Hello all just doing my nvq level 3 at collage and we was on the topic of reverse circulation and im trying to under stand what the best way to avoid this. Do you take the hot water return as close to the boiler as possable any advice would be greatfull.

Yep you tee in the hot water return to the c/h return as close to the boiler as poss, well after any radiators, this should prevent reverse circ.

Ive just completed my nvq level 3, back in next week for my ACS, how you finding it?

when you say hot water return do you mean secondary circulation via a seperate pump

Go to the Grundfos site and look up the three tee rule.

Good Fortune!
