I sent a service reminder to a customer I fitted a boiler for 5 years ago.
It was a 40kw Ideal vogue combi with 10 years warranty and I have serviced it every year.

He replied that the national grid wanted to dig up his new imprinted concrete drive to replace the supply. So had someone rip out the boiler and had an electric combi fitted!

At the end of the day, both Chancers & Customer seem happy - for now.

The Customer is going to realize his mistake sooner rather than later.
Why be bothered?
