Hello all.

I've been asked to run a gas pipe on the under side of joists above a suspended ceiling in a domestic dwelling

I havn't come across this exact problem before so am not 100% on it.

I suppose I have 2 main questions:

1. What the best way of supporting the pipe?
2. Because the pipe will be sandwedged between the suspended ceiling and the floor boards, Do I need too provide ventalation?

theres anothr thread on this happening on the forum at present, take a peak
