Hi guys,

Customer reported a leak at first I assumed AAV then he sent this photo. Looks like been weeping a while. I can't think of how water can get there so slightly worried. Is this dangerous?

Would say that flue seal has gone.

Need to dismantle and fit new seal/s or new elbow.

Water will be condense leaking back into air intake.
