Sabre 25he plus problems

I think this is a vokera. Sabre 25he plus.
No dhw or Ch. Switch boiler on and boiler cycles through its light sequence, pump runs on and off and diverter moves after that I get left with solid green light and solid red light. Checked over heat stat which is ok (has continuity) checked thermostats too which seem fine. Any ideas?

These boilers have a sequence that they follow to allow them to operate you will need to identify where the sequence is broken you say the fan is ok ? start with the pressure switch and its tubes then follow through the other components . Kop

Ok cheers for reply. Sorted it now. Solid red and green light indicates water pressure problem. Had to reset the boiler by turning left hand dial to nine o'clock position and then back which resets it. boiler fired. Technical said that if it failed to light then link out the water pressure sensor to check it. Happy days. Boiler had drop pressure as ex vessel had no charge, customer topped up pressure but had not reset boiler.
