Hi,
The pump has been installed for 2 years (and is the same model as the one that was there for the previous 5+ years). It starts up fine with the main family bathroom, but since we returned from holiday it doesn't start when then ensuite bathroom shower is turned on.

The pump sits in the airing cupboard in the family bathroom where the hot-water tank is.

Ive removed all of the pipes/fittings, cleaned the filter and put everything back together, but still not running.

The shower runs at 7 litres/second when the pump is off, so lack of draw doesn't seem to be the problem.

The shower is approx 10metres from the pump, but at the same level and the cold water tank is up in the loft - gravity system.

It has worked fine for years so am really struggling to understand what's happening.

Any ideas?

Thanks
