Hi,

Could somebody please help me with a Salamander RHP 100 twin problem? The pump is about a year old and has been working fine, but I recently had to replace the cold water storage tank as it was leaking. This done, I thought all the air had spluttered through the various taps, etc, around the house, but the pump will now come on of its own accord for 1 second every 15 minutes or so. Could it be air locked and how can I cure it?

Many thanks,
Andy.

sounds like a leak. isolate the ball valve and note the level. leave system over night or over a weekend see if there is a leak. Dripping tap? etc
