Salus mp100A pump error code

Has anybody come across an E5 error code on the Salus mp100A pump? The manual kindly lists faults for all error codes from E1-E4 but not E5.

Turns out customer cant tell the difference between a digital 2 and a digital 5. E2 is overcurrent protection incase anyone stumbles across this, exceptionally long thread.

Over current would suggest the pump is sticking or sludge / dirt in system, anything which is likely to cause the pump to work harder & therefore draw more current. (normally as it starts up)
