Saniflo advise

I am installing a Saniflo unit in my customer house. I would like to knew if I can use slow bends as part of the installation? I knew I can't use elbows and the manufacturer advise to use two 45 bends, but will the slow bend will do?

whats the craic.
can only presume u mean wide radius bend when u say slow bend.these saniflo are really only used as a complete last resort for me.make sure that u leave access points.they get blocked easily by anything other than light loo role.wouldn t recommend them for a toilet of constant use.

it is best to use 45degree bends, it is also best if you use the smallet pipe you can for the vertical take off to your horizontal waste, the weight of the water in the vertical waste off the machine is greatly reduced in 22mm pipe especially if you are pumping the full 6m,the machine will only last half the time if you try to continuously pump 6m of 1,1/4 pipe

whilst were on the subject of saniflows is there a trick to getting the lid back on when ever ive taken one apart its stayed apart ie replaced with a new one
