Saunier duval. Hot water

Hi have old 2009 F30E saunier duval boiler problem has been lately hot water hasn't been at its best somtimes comes on sometimes does but luke warm... Have recently flushed system with x400 and replaced all radiators due to age.. New pump fitted last year. Can anyone give me any pointers please.. Many thanks

Could be the Diverter valve, as in the heated water for taps is passing into the heating system, could be the plate heat exchanger amongst other things.

Hi I've been looking up the parts and do you think it's just worth replacing the diverter and the heat exchanger at once

No I wouldn’t, as that’s just chucking parts at it, and may not actually be the cause.
