on heat exchanger there is green scale build up and black markings on cover, would this be a split in heat exchanger causing a leak,and when doing combustion checks the mi asks for co% and ppm, my readings were no where near mi readings,but my ratio was well within limits,and trying to adjust pot seem to be a waste of time any thoughts.

Did you clean everything before altering the pot

Also on certain boilers it will say about having combustion chamber open or sealed when calibrating

yes mate i gave it a good going over, the mi was not the best at explaining ,i just priced a heat exchanger £333. not cheap

when i ran hot water tap the
pressure was fine but on ch it was low as said i tried to adjust as per mi but no avail

Ch will be fully modulating

CPA should only be done on max rate or when running a hot water tap

The pot will only make a difference to max burn pressure.
