Name's Paul - not a professional, like to think I'm a gifted amateur, but reality probably falls somewhere short of that.
Learnt at the feet of my dad who never willingly bought a new fitting if the application of PTFE/boss-white/silicone would work.
Tend to lean towards new fittings myself, as that stuff never works for me.
Found the forum whilst looking for help so I'll head off to the questions bit and hope someone can point me in the right direction.
