Got a customer who thought their tray was cracked, but im pretty sure its just a scratch. Its about 30mm in lenght, and the thickness of a hair. Anyone know of any good ways to fix this, I've used bath repair kits before but thought they were just for chips etc

You can get company's that specialise in fixing marks like that, I've seen some of their work and its pretty amazing what they can fix.

How deep is the scratch? If its not too deep you can carefully rub the scratch out on plastic or fibreglass using 1500 grade wet or dry paper (use it wet) then polish the area with T-Cut or similar to bring the shine back.

If you was to use sandpaper on it though surely that would take away the protective coat the manufacturer puts on them?

Its not a deep scratch, I'll prob try the fine sand paper and T-cut. You get sand paper with the bath repair kits, I've used it on a bath before and it left a decent job
