SE or He A,B boilers

I thought we could not install SE efficiency boilers any more? this past few months i have seen a couple of them installed. Also today I was asking at the merchants for a price of a cheap HE system boiler, they said what about a SE boiler. I said i'll have to get back to them on that. Can you install SE boilers?

Abreviation SE? Seasonal Efficient? Supper economical? Suck Eggs? :lol: What does that mean exactly? Boilers had to be 'A' rated since October last year i believe!

Standards dont condense and cannot be fitted anymore

Following the assessment you would probably be hard pushed to find a property you couldn't install an HE boiler in though.

i think the rules only apply to domestic boilers comercial properties can still be what you can get

Its has a points system to go by. Flue lengths and condense pumps ect give you more points.
