I presume you are asking about a heating system?
It depends on the system of course as they are all individual. If the one you have is open vented and installed correctly, I wouldn't think you would notice any saving just by making it sealed.

As above, no saving due to efficiency. But the system will corrode at a slower rate due to a reduction of o2, thus saving money in the long run. Will this saving offset the cost of converting the system, who knows.
