Is this the stuff to use to seal a gas pipe as it goes through a sleeve internally. I went back to one I had sealed with this a few years prior and it had turned green

Yes fine was there a fitting close too ?
 
Have to use uv rated which talon are but I like to use brass clips

And regarding the fjs I’m guessing the oils leached out due to the warm weather
