Can someone explain how an s plan heating system work from the sequences through the eletrics. So if I call for heating from the programmer it will send a signal to the room stat and so on and so forth...

time controller /prog sends to

(heating)

room stat (calling) , which sends to

zone valve

zone vale opens (and opening micro switch)

fires boiler and pump

(hot water)

Cylinder stat (calling) which sends to zone valve

zone valve

zone vale opens (and opening micro switch)

fires boiler and pump
 
get your books out, have a look at the diagram in there, memorise it then draw it out a few times fm memory, do it enough and you'll never have to ask on here again.
