Can I extend my 100mm sewer inspection shaft up through new slab for shed?

From a technical perspective, I cannot see why not. You may need to check local legislation to see if this needs to be approved by, or notified to, the authorities.

Thanks easy enough to do before slab is poured.
just don’t want inspection knocking it back at form work inspection
