Shower and toilet issues

Hi
I have 3 problems:
1-My toilet keeps running, I have checked the valve in the cistern and adjusted it but it continues to run. Does the valve need changing or is this down to something else? Pics attached.

2-The on/off turner on my shower bar just continually turns without turning the shower on or off. I have turned a screw inside and that seemed to fix it for a short while, however the problem returned. Pics attached.

3- There seems to be a layer of water on my cold water pipe, is this normal or indicative of a leak somewhere? Pics attached.

I hope this makes sense, many thanks in advance for any advice.

Toilet will be the rubber washer on the flush valve, you should be able to twist the body of the siphon to unclip it, you can then take the washer out, and turn it round, this is a temporary fix though and unless you know the manufacturer to get a replacement washer, you will need a new siphon.
This will also cure the condensation on your pipe. Because your toilet is constantly running, the water in the pipes is staying cold resulting in a condensation build up as the warm air in the room hits the cold pipe.
The shower, unscrew the valve handle, you will either have a plastic star type sleeve that has rounded so isn't gripping anything, which you will be able to turn the spindle with some grips to prove the valve still works, or the spindle may have snapped internally.

Flush valve rubber seats from fleabay (sizes given in some listings).
Copper pipe is by outside brick wall - Cold area so just condensation- lag it.

plastic control knob on the shower if so its rounded the splines out so either new knob if you can find one or shower

Personally i would replace the bar shower valve with a new item - screwfix reasonable price - item - 2635T.
For the fill valve - 47792.
Both reasonably priced & will solve issues.
Condensation on pipe is as mentioned above due to incoming cold water & hot moist air coming into contact with copper pipe as transfer medium.
Could also try insulating the pipe, couple of quid.

It’s the big black part in the centre of your cistern. Looking at the picture looks like an ideal standard/armitage shanks, not sure these can be turned around.

Spares an be obtained online and in plumbers merchants.

It's this part, hold the body as close to the base as you can and give it a little twist anti clockwise. It a only held in by some some little lugs. You'll then be able to pull it out and change the washer at the bottom.
