Hello, I'm told that I need a new thermastatic cartridge for my shower. It's a Chadder & Co. tap and the new cartridge is £150. I'm shocked. Is it possible to measure and buy one elsewhere? I live in France and did ask my plumber but he said I'd have to get it in England . Can I take the cartridge out and measure it or even bring it to England the next time? Or is that risky and not worth it. thanks
