shower extraction

Hi ya'll. fitting an extractor fan this weekend in my own bathroom and like the idea of one with a humidi stat. never really had anything to do with them so wondered if there worth the extra cost cos dont want one that always comes on with the light. Will be cieling mounted above the shower so no pull cord and low voltage..Cheers

just another thing to break whats wrong with a timed extractor on lighting circuit

yes they are a good idea unless room is always damp, put a 150 mm one in and with backdraft prevention or shutter type draft preventer.........waffle waffle lol

wont clear the methane from the room when the missus has cleared out, like the timed one will!!

Tend to fit ones with the humidity sensor in smaller bathrooms. The sensor is adjustable along with the timed extraction
