shower head plastic insert - meynell

heres a picture of a meynell chrome shower head.

i need some plastic inserts (retained by the allen screw) for these and wondered if anyone could give me a better description of what they are called.

shower head ring insert?

are they standard sizes or do i need a particular meynell item?

Yes Spray Rings is what they are called!

I got a reply from Meynell and the head is called a ''Meynell Vandal Resistant Shower Head"

and the spray rings are part number SUSA0241J *which are available over the counter from plumb center.
