my shower works fine from the multi point the hot water comes from the hose and runs ok till i turn the shower off, however as soon as i fit the shower head to the hose the hot water cuts out after a minute or two then relights then cuts out again . new diaphram fitted but the problem still not solved, any ideas please

Is the shower head suitable for the type of system? Has the hose collapsed inside?

i dont know it used to work fine. would you suggest i buy a new hose and head to try? the hose delivers hot water so i dont think thats collapsed but maybe i should put new on just to see if this cures the problem thanks for the reply

If it worked fine before, then it’s unlikely to be wrong. Perhaps a new head, and possibly a hose.

fitted brand new hose and shower head today it runs a bit longer now but the nearest radiator is now getting warm

Radiator? So it's not a multi point but a combi?
I would say G S registered engineer required.

thanks for your help seems the plumber will be coming back however it was the plumber who changed the diaphram and said that was the problem
