Im a 1st year apprentice, going to replace a shower tomorrow, mira sport 7.5kw replaced by a mira sport 9 kw, flow pipe comes in from the top of the old shower. The new shower on the other hand has the flow pipe coming in from the bottom. Shower is tiled around, any ideas on how to extend the pipe? trying to cover all angles as its a long drive home again if i forget something. Thanks

Believe the inlet swivels round so you can connect from top or bottom
If increase kw of shower make sure power supply cabling correct and adequate

Are you Part P qualified and registered in a competent persons scheme as if you aren't its illegal to replace an elecric shower.

Thanks for the feedback, unless its a straight like for like, (ie the cable is sufficient for the etra kw) i will not be attempting the job,, I have a spark gng along with me so i will be merely installing the shower and connecting feed, he will be wiring it up.
