Hi, Bit of a long shot, but can anyone identify this shower, I've advised replacement but they have two and would like the other one revamped. Unfortunately they don't have the paperwork and there is no identification on the unit.

As Matchless advises, get some pics over to showerdoctor, they need 3 pics to increase chances of ID, one like the pic you posted above, one as above but with the cover/knobs taken off & one of the cartridge (assuming that's what you need to replace). The form to fill in and attach pics on is here:
