Shower leaking from multiple places!

Hi all
I have a Bristan shower fitted which is leaking from the bar valve and from the removable shower head. On the bar valve the leak seems to be coming from the white seal. I’ve tried using plumbers putty which hasn’t helped. So I took the bar off the wall to see if there were any issues and I’ve noticed that there seems to be a slight chip. Is this the issue for the leak?

Still under warranty bud contact Bristan they will need proof of purchase? E-mailed then will supply you with a replacement part for free . Kop

Good shout but I’ve just bought the house and I know it was installed within the last year under the builder who did the place up so I don’t have the receipt unfortunately

Well it's a problem then you will probably have to pay for the replacement parts in that case but worth a try regardless 😜 best of luck kop

Cheers, so you reckon it’s the valve at the back causing the leak? Or the bar is faulty?
