Hello any body got a rough idea at how much the plumbsave shower leg pack costs and are they Universal.......?

dear for what they are, basically legs and some plastic trim usually around the 50quid mark. basically daylight robbery.

use some 3x2 battens and a sheet of 18mm wbp (most timber merchants will cut this to measure) this will provide a much more secure, stable and value for money solution to raising the shower tray.

Agree, I never use the flimsy shower panels that come with most showers. A piece of UPVC from the local double glazing merchants costs about a fiver, it is more robust, I can cut it to fit uneven floors. Bit of a tip if you need to bend it, cut some grooves in the back of the panel and it will be much easier to bend.
