Shower part

Hi. I have just purchased a new shower online and upon reading the manual it says I need 2x 3/4 male fittings and 2x 1/2 female fittings. I have attached a Link of the manual for reference. Could anyone provide further info on the fittings required or offer a link as to where they might be purchased? I don’t want to order the wrong thing.
