Hello! I have mixer taps on the bath, connected to a shower head. If we run water from the taps for a bath, any more water than about two ml per hour will be too high a pressure and will divert the water to the shower head instead. Is it likely to be the washer? Or the valve seating? Or something else I don't know about?

I don't know who the manufacturer is - it's been installed for 3 years though. And yes, there's a knob you push down above the taps to divert the water to the shower. Will I need to replace the whole mixer tap then?
