Hi, I'm new hear so please bear with me if I'm doing this wrong. My shower broke over a year ago, it was completely knackered. Fortunately, my mate had a spare lying about, and he gave me that. A plumber came over to fit it, who advised me that this shower was over the watt capabilities. He said this wouldn't matter, as he could just lower my water pressure. However, this means if I run a tap, flush the toilet or put a wash on my shower turns cold, then off. Also, if I put a wash on and my machine says it will take 30 mins, it usually takes about an hour. And sometimes the washing smells. I don't know if this is connected to the water pressure or another problem. Does anyone have any advice on what's going on and the best way to fix it. I know very little knowledge about these things, so any help will be really appreciated. It's doing my head in! Thanks, Tom.
