New to this so here goes, the misses has had a shower pump installed along with new bathroom, all looks good and correct valves used. The hot pressure in the house isnt great anyhow but neither is the cold but the pressure in the shower is much greater on the cold thn the hot. Ive checked the taps from the tank in the loft and there on max to the cylinder.

Is there any way of increasing the hot water pressure in the system, or is it a issue that can be sorted and the current pump should be pumping out loads of pressure?????

Is the hot taken from the cylinder via an Essex flange or is it just teed off somewhere?

Is the supply pipe to the cylinder all 22mm and is the gate valve fully open?

Hi there, Yes the hot is taken direct from the essex flange and then goes to the pump installed above the cylinder. The supply pipe is all 22mm from the tank and the gate valve is stuck i cant move it shut or open soooo not sure whether that might be the prob...

yes def well i will replace thay anyhow and see what the outcome is, the cold feed for the shower has been taken from the tank in new 22mm next to the hot output for the cylinder. is there a slight pressure drop in the hot supply anyway because of the cylinder? or should it be the same as the cold out of the tank???
