Can you help with this one please?

I swapped a shower pump last week, like for like Showermill PR50D, cheapest landlord could buy!

Anyway, the shower was also falling apart, scaled & broke.

I undid the shower and opened the valves, cold & hot poured out ok.

Connected broken shower up and tested pump, worked ok.

Swapped shower for new one, flushed pipes but pump not working properly. Called Showermill, went through fault finding, all working, hot not great flow but min 2litres per minute.

Got a call, pump not working!!!

Any ideas?

The house is a wreck with sharers, bathroom
Disgusting, you get what I mean,

Cheers
