Shower Temperature fluctuation

Hi,
I have a question and would appreciate some advice on a small Shower reno that I’ll be doing soon. It is an old house (1960) and want to replace the current taps with a mixer diverter and new taps. Have always been experiencing fluctuations in temperature (pressure OK) in the shower when the toilet is flushed and kitchen tap is turned on. Before I get the tapware for the shower, what else should I look out for that will help me to improve the current situation please?

Sounds like the pressure/flow rate isn’t too good and temperature changes once the toilet is flushed.

Thank you for your reply. I am
not sure about the pressure rate as we have not had any issue with it so far.. I might have to get that checked out.

Improving the supply size and flow should go along way to improving your problem
