Shower valve brand??

Hi guys,
I'm wondering if any one knows what make this shower valve is. I need to get a cartridge for it but have not seen one like this.
Any help would be amazing.

Looks like a trevi therm exposed. Probably the words most replaced mixer.

Thanks, your a star and you're right.
Its running hot all the time so i presume it's a new cartridge.
