Shower Valve Repair

Can anyone help identify this shower? We have very hard water and three of our four showers are dripping so we reckon we need to replace rings but can't work out how to open up the shower valve - looks like we need a special tool. Can anyone advise please?

This looks similar in many ways.
It might be cheaper and better to replace with a new exposed valve with same distance of outlet pipes

I'd say that was a Pegler Euphoria.. Grips and circlip pliers needed...
