Hi we have a Showerforce BSM_T bath and shower mixer and the central mxer tap for the shower was becoming difficult to turn so we replaced the cartridge. This fixed that issue but since then there is a problem getting the right mix of hot and cold water to the shower and bath taps.
The water from the shower is probably only hot with maybe a little cold just before it is turned off. We have adjusted the thermostat but no help.
When the bath hot tap is turned on the water is only luke warm definitely not bath temperature and not as hot as the water from the shower.
There does seem to be a strange thing in that if you run the shower and the hot water is coming out and then run the hot water for the bath the water that comes from the bath tap is then hot ?
It was Ok before we changed the cartridge. Could it be fitted incorrectly or could it be a faulty cartridge perhaps ?
