Sime combi's. Does anyone fit them?

Just wondering if anyone on here fits sime combis or has in the past and what their opinions are? Local Merchants are stocking them and I'm considering giving them a try

I saw some many years ago, they seemed cheap and i didnt like them. Saying that i didnt get any problems from them for quite a few years. They were cheap and did the job.
