Just started 8 flats ( new build) . Difficult getting gas to the 4th floor, so its no longer going o be a Combi. Going to fit electric only 150 litre , does this seem large enough. Or too big? Flats are kitchen and 1 shower room.

yes I would agree with the Ermsta. If it was a bath and shower a 150/180
