Hello All,
We recently had a plumber out to replace a pan connector as the previous set up had developed a leak, however, following the replacement the toilet doesn't drain properly - the flush starts off ok, but partway through the water levels starts to rise, it then takes ages to drain, and once it's finished draining the water level is rather lower than 'normal'.
The replacement is a flexible pan connector (was previously a fixed/rigid connection.
Can anyone suggest what may be causing this issue please. When the wife phoned to mention this the plumber suggested it was a blockage but the toilet was barely used after the new pan connector was fitted and we noticed that this was a recurring issue.
