We have a downstairs loo just off our kitchen. It is 1.09m by 1.09m. The soil pipe is in the back corner. Any tips for how to fit in a loo & wash basin? Brands etc would be useful.
Thanks
Mark

are you saying this is already a toilet room or that you are planning to make it so?
do you not need 2 doors between a kitchen and toilet?

That's a bit of a hang-over / myth from the 60's (I'm not sure it was ever actually a reg at all).

The latest reg says that as long as the room containing the WC also contains a wash hand basin, then one door between it and the kitchen is fine. If it doesn't also contain a wash hand basin then there must be a door between its associated wash hand basin and the kitchen. Relevant excerpt from the reg below.
