well, here goes more daft q's, is the gas from an open sewer pipe within a bathroom just unpleasant or is it methane and bad for you and ?? possibly combustable ?? also, similar q for fumes off powerflow flux, bad for you of just smelly?? see, been plumbing 12 yrs and ... still learning

gas from your sewer=methane yes its combustble re constiuants of natural gas 90%methane,not good for the lungs and fumes from flux also bad like any fumes
