i have a soil stack pipe which comes down through my consevatory roof which we have never been able to waterproof properly so i would like to know if there is an internal system which means i can do away with the pipe through the roof and have a dry floor when it rains!

hello,
Many properties built over the last few decades have the soil stack internal.
So it is more than possible, but to do it retrospectively is not a small undertaking.
The soil pipe will always expand and contract with temperature variations, has this been taken into account in trying to seal it?
