The soil stack is currently inside the property.Is it within regs to angle it take it through the wall and outside?

There will be no additional connections to it the family just want it out of the bathroom and outside.

Yes fine just better to fit the whole stack outside as above is just a vent

I fitted mine externally also add rodding access at the bottom and above the tee into the bathroom

True, but damn unsightly stuck to the outside of some houses.
