This link although Australian, will if you put in the right post code /town location in the question bar, will give you the closest met station to the place you have put in, and will give you average monthly temperature over the year, wind speed, and solar irradiation

I have just tested it for Kidderminster UK, and it worked, I also know it works for French locations
