Hi all,

Looking for some advice please.

Got a building, all one level with 7 radiators. 3 individual ones in separate rooms then 4 radiators all together in one large room.

The issue is with the 4 radiators in the large room. Basically not getting hot, the first 10% of the radiator is extremely hot, the pipe work leading to the trv is hot but the rest of the radiator will not get hot.

Tried venting (no air), tried balancing still not luck. Disconnected the trv from the radiator then opened up the trv and it’s hot with a good flow.

Appreciate any help.

Check if the radiators are correctly sized for the room's heating needs. It sounds like it could be a circulation issue. Ensure the pump is working properly and consider flushing the system to remove any debris or sludge that may be blocking flow.

What about the return nice flow from it same as the trv ?
