I have been bathroom shopping and was disappointed to get a quote of £10300 :speechless:for redoing a "normal" six feet square bathroom and separate toilet and the man not being able to give me a breakdown "due to the computer not working like that.":speechless:
So it looks like I will be doing it myself again twenty years down the line !! I had a couple of quick ball park estimates of half the amount and might go that way but still undecided.
Other half was very keen on the goods on offer and I have found most of the bits but cannot find the spacesaver bath.
I don't see the point of having a large shower area and not sitting in it when you have a bath. The man with the fancy price had a curved tapering bath with a curved screen which folded onto the end wall, shower on the side wall and taps half way along bath.
So to the point where is this type of bath available ?
He was a smooth salesman :nono:
I found a good thread on this forum which located a Belfast type sink which was on my shopping list, hence the post.
Looks like I might be making the units as well and painting um with that fancy paint that National Trust use, not brain surgery !
Just remembered "she" was so pleased with what she would be getting pictures were taken, this is before he realised I don't like having my pants loosened not like this anyway. !
With thanks
