Hi everyone, my friend has an underfloor 'Sphere' gas hot air system originally made in Belgium. The pump keep on switching off and she has not found a plumber in London who has been able to repair it and very few are familiar with the system. any ideas?

Every self-employed plumber I know who ever had a ticket for warm air heating has let it lapse as there isn't the demand. You are almost certainly going to have to approach the big (and expensive) boys.
Have you tried asking the manufacturers if they can find you an engineer?

im intriguied as i have never heard of this system, and have seen a few so far !!

do you mean you have an underfloor heating system run by an air source heat pump ?

by your OP i thought you meant you have hot air in your under floor heating pipes. please clear this is up for me. might be able to help you more if you do !!

Nice one Shaun. The word 'gas' in the original missive made me jump to an obvious conclusion. Perhaps you are right.

Unfortunately I can't post a picture..........it is a pump and it comes on for a few minutes/seconds and than switches itself off.
