For one of my customers, they have reported that the bell on the sprinkler system valve sounds occasionally for a second or so at odd intervals during the day, and only on certain days.

It's an old Angus system.

Any idea what that can be? Mains pressure fluctuation? It is mains fed so we can't do anything about this.

Some of the rooms have been modified and I have had to relocate a number of sprinker heads, but this was over a year ago.
